Our payment methods usually rely on PayPal, which we always had an excellent relationship and experience. We can use a different payment method if necessary, however we prefer PayPal.

Shipping

We have an extensive shipping experience, from how to package the item securely, to getting the best rates.

• We do not charge for packaging, our prices are only the pure shipping costs.
• Our handling time is two business days.

We also ship furniture or large items via a less expensive methods then regular, and the rates are surprisingly affordable, especially when you plan accordingly. In case an item is damaged, it is the postal service that is responsible for the charges, up to certain amount. If the insured value is higher then the item, we add additional insurance with Handling Charges. Shipping is available for large items that are marked as local pickup, it has to be simply scheduled. The shipping carries we use depends largely on the item and destination, from USPS mostly for domestic, and Fedex for larger items, sometimes DHL, and for furniture or extra large items we use Uship, which is very affordable.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

Many items we sell are vintage and used. We spend a lot of time hunting down unique items, so we don't always have time to dust, clean, launder, smell, or polish everything. Most vintage items that have been used are not perfect and may have been stored for a long period of time. We don't always know if items are smoke or pet free, so please consider this when deciding to bid or buy. We do our very best to present accurate, detailed information and try to point out all problems, defects or flaws about every item we sell so you can bid with confidence. We never have a reserve price for auction items.

Our return policy of 14 days, includes in some cases a restocking fee of 10%. This 14 day return policy is if you want to return the item for no other reason then you just did not need it, which is called buyers remorse. This return policy is not the same as the 100% money back guarantee, that includes, not as described or authentic, all such returns are accepted immediately, with full refund. Such returns also are guaranteed by Paypal up to 60 days.
